Founded in 1975, WUPCC has become a company specialized in investment casting and valve manufacturing. WUPCC merged a foundry in August 2004 and has a total area of 42,200m2. The capacity is 2,500t of investment casting and 50,000 pieces of valves and strainers per year.The production facility includes 4 sets of electric induction furnaces, more than 100 tooling machines (2 Sets CNC, 2 Sets Vertical CNC, 13 Sets Numerial-control lathe). The QC facility includes spectrometer, chemical analysis, mechanical test, PT, UT, microstructure, etc.
WUPCC was certified ISO9002 and AD-WO by TUV in April 1998, and was certified ISO9001-2000 by UKAS in August 2003. WUPCC got PED certification by TUV in April 2002, and manufacturer approval by LR in April 2005.
Over 80% of the products are exported to USA, Germany, Japan, Italy, Switzerland, UK, France, Sweden, Korea and Middle East. Our products have a good reputation among customers. We look for good cooperation with you.
